Dual Rocker Switch for LUNOS Silvento (5/W2FK)
The dual rocker switch (5/W2FK) provides simple, manual control over the operating modes of the LUNOS Silvento exhaust fan. It allows the user to override automatic functions when required and select specific ventilation stages to suit the space.
The switch consists of two independent rockers ā S I and S II ā each controlling a different operating function.
Rocker Switch S I ā Reduced Operation / Humidity Control
Reduced Operation
- The fan operates at the airflow volume defined by DIP switches 1 and 2.
- In this mode, the humidity, temperature, VOC and COā sensors are disabled, so the fan operates at a fixed airflow rate regardless of room conditions.
This is ideal where a steady, low ventilation rate is required.
Humidity Control
- The fan automatically adjusts between the basic ventilation stage (DIP 1 & 2) and the regulated ventilation stage (DIP 6 & 7).
- Humidity monitoring remains active, allowing the unit to respond dynamically to rising moisture levels.
This mode is suited to bathrooms and wet areas where automatic moisture management is preferred.
Rocker Switch S II ā Regulated Ventilation Override
Regulated Ventilation ON
- The fan runs at the regulated airflow stage set by DIP switches 6 and 7.
- This mode can be linked to room lighting if desired.
A built-in priority circuit ensures this setting overrides both:
- Reduced Operation
- Humidity Control
This provides immediate high ventilation when required.
Regulated Ventilation OFF
The fan returns to automatic operation or follows the setting selected via Rocker Switch S I.
Why Use the Dual Rocker Switch?
- Allows manual override of automatic modes
- Enables lighting-linked boost ventilation
- Provides flexible control for bathrooms and wet areas
- Ideal for installations where user-adjustable control is required
